WhatsApp iOS can now pause voice message recording. The new update for Whatsapp iOS gives the Meta-owned company messaging app the ability to pause and resume voice note while recording. This comes after couple of reports about the upcoming features that is expected to hit the messaging app soon. Which include Background Voice Message Playing that is currently available for selected beta tester.
The updated WhatsApp for iOS also brings to it users support for the Focus Mode. This will allow users to consider getting messages from selected users even when you don’t want to be disturbed with regular notifications.

You can try out the new WhatsApp voice message experience by swiping up to lock your voice recording and then tapping the pause and resume buttons. The WhatsApp iOS version 22.5.75 update is the hand carry of the iPhone pause and resume while recording voice messages.
Furthermore, this Pause and Resume voice note recording features is currently available only for iOS users. However, there’s no word of when the feature will be hitting the android version of the messaging app.
You can download the updated WhatsApp for iOS on your iPhone through the App Store. The app is compatible with devices running on iOS 10 and later. It is also 212.6MB in size.
