Samsung is well-known for its smart phones, but the South Korean giant also has a good performance in the notebook computer market. Its newest laptops on the market belong to the Galaxy Book and Galaxy Book Pro.
Presently, the company has released business versions of these two new laptops. Just like Microsoft Surface for Business, the Galaxy Book Business Edition and Galaxy Book Pro Business Edition are comparable to the original model, but run the professional edition of Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
Including Windows 10 Professional (or Windows 11 Professional) implies that the device possesses better security and additional management-related functions. These devices use Intel’s 11th generation processors and have passed the Intel eco-certification.
For people who don’t know, Galaxy Book and Galaxy Book Pro have two screen sizes-13.3 inches and 15 inches. They all have a full HD screen resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Nevertheless, the laptops are equipped with Super AMOLED displays that provide bright and vivid colors on the screen.
Speaking of cost, the Samsung Galaxy Book 15.6-inch model is priced at US$899, equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor and 16GB of memory whereas the Pro model with a 13.3-inch screen begins at $1,099.
Meanwhile the 15.6-inch model begins at $1,199. It has two variants: Core i5 / 8GB / 512GB and Core i7 / 16GB / 256GB. These latest business laptops can now be acquired.
