Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+ now Receiving Stable One UI 2.0 Android 10 Update

Report reaching us is the arrival of One UI 2.0 Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+. The update is rolling out in Germany and USA presently and it’s being pushed out to users who are already on Android Pie.

The One UI 2.0 Android 10 update is coming over-the-air, so eligible phones in those regions will receive an automatic notification about the new update.

Android 10 update for Samsung is coming according to the roadmap released by the company which contains the list of Samsung phones to receive the Android 10 update and it schedule dates.

Size of the Android 10 update for Samsung S9 series is between 1.8GB to 1.9GB. The update brings January 2020 Android security patch. Samsung noted that other inbuilt apps such as calculator, browser, Samsung Health and Samsung Notes need to be updated manually.

How to Check

You can checkout the Update by going to Settings > About phone > System update. There’s no word on the global availability of the Samsung galaxy S9, S9+ Android 10 update at the moment.
