Last month was Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+, today, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is currently receiving the Android 9.0 pie update. As the report stands, the new update rolling out for Galaxy Note 9 is the stable version of the Android Pie. However, a bit set back is attached to the roll-out as it is currently available for Germany users, although, it will be made available globally soon.
This time as well, the update comes faster than the appointed date. According to scheduled date, the update roll-out supposed to begin on January 15, 2019, but looking at it now, it arrived 10days before the expected date.
The Android Pie update for Galaxy Note 9 brings brand new One user interface (UI). The One UI has been designed to make the experience natural and comfortable for one-handed usage. Also, the phone gets Android 9 Pie base features like app actions, gestures, smart replies, better notification management, and more
According to the report, the software version for the stable Pie update is N960FXXU2CRLT and it comes with the January 2019 security patch. The update is rolling out only in Germany (for now) via OTA. For all those who are on beta, the update size for them is only 95MB, which means that the last beta and the stable update will have very few changes.
If you are using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and reside in Germany, Goto Settings > Software Update to check for the new update and click on Download and Install to get the Android Pie stable update on your device.
