Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro that was launched early February last year running Android Nougat 7.1.1 is now receiving it’s Android Pie-Based MIUI 10 9.3.28. The System update is still on the Beta version and brings many fixes to the previous Android pie beta version that was released last week.
Notably, the phone received it’s Android Oreo stable update not long ago and last week, it received it’s first Android pie beta update. Still on the beta version, this new update brings fixes related to the lock screen, password and PINs, battery indicator in the notification shade, and also brings along the March Android security patch.

If your Redmi Note 5 Pro is running on the beta version, you can update to the latest using either the Recovery ROM method or the Fastboot ROM method.
