Huawei has announced the global rollout of EMUI 10.1 update together with it Sub-brand, Honor to receive Magic UI 3.1. Both UI are Android 10 based, unfortunately, only few selected devices are listed to receive the update respectively.
The EMUI 10.1 comes as default UI with Huawei P40 that was launched in March 2020. Similarly, Huawei sub-brand, Honor will also dispatch the Magic UI 3.1 update on a handful of Honor phones.
The global rollout of the updates via EMUI 10.1 and Magic UI 3.1 was posted on the companies blog on Wednesday. According to them, the EMUI 10.1 and Magic UI 3.1 for Huawei and Honor smartphones will start rolling out “later this June.”
EMUI 10.1 didn’t show any beautifying in terms of design, however, it features a host of new upgrades from the previous iteration. Huawei has introduced new functions such as Huawei MeeTime and multi-window, along with an upgraded Huawei Share. The EMUI 10.1 also marks the international debut of Huawei’s voice assistant, Celia, however, it will support three languages – English, French, and Spanish – and will be rolled out in UK, France, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Columbia and South Africa and many other countries round the globe.

How to Download and Install EMUI 10.1, Magic UI 3.1 Updates
Traditionally, Huawei and Honor phone users will be notified about the over-the-air (OTA) update when it’s available in their region. Furthermore, You can manually check for availability by going to Settings > System & Updates > Software Update.
