Users can now Active MTN 2GB for N200 Night Plan valid for 8 hours in total. The expansion of this MTN Night Data plan is being made public by MTN as they move ahead to inform all MTN users that are on MTN pulse tariff plan through SMS.
First and foremost, kindly note that this is not MTN cheat nor Trick of any kind. However, this MTN 2GB for N200 Night Data plan is official from MTN. It is also an accumulation of the existing MTN 500mb for N50 night plan. If you’re an MTN Night Data plan user, you must be aware that you can’t purchase the MTN 500mb for N50 and the 250mb for N25 Night plans twice.

However, MTN has finally expanded the limitation to a total of 2GB per SIM, and also extend its time to be more friendly. The MTN night plan can now be usable starting from 11pm till 6am in the morning. This is a great move by MTN to compete with the Glo Night plan that seems to be the best among others.
When comparing both the New MTN 2GB for N200 Night Data plan with the existing Glo 1GB for N100 Night plan, the only difference now is validity. The MTN Night plan is useable starting from 11pm – 6am before it expires, while the Glo Night plan is usable starting from 12am – 5am but expires after 5 days.
Notably, the MTN 2GB for N200 Night plan is eligible to only users on the MTN pulse tariff plan. You can easily migrate to the tariff plan and become eligible irrespective of you being an old or new member of the network.
How to Subscribe MTN 2GB for N200 Night plan
Like I said earlier, migrate to the MTN pulse tariff plan by dialing *406*1#. You can skip this step if you’re already on the plan.
Recharge at least N200 Airtime on your sim and dial *406*3#. Select either 1 or 2 from the options given an repeat the same step respectively till your airtime is used up. You will have 2048mb (roughly 2GB) left with you to surf throughout the night.
If you go for option 1 which is MTN 250mb for N25, you will have to resubscribe for 8x making if 250mb X 8 = 2000mb (roughly 2gb).
If you go for option 2 which is MTN 500mb for N50, will have to repeat the same procedure for 4x. Mathematically, 500mb X 4 = 2000mb (approximately 2GB).
Indeed, one reason I find this awesome is the validity time. At least many users will be able to come online when at night instead of waiting till midnight as if na vigil them they do โ ๐ pardon me that pidgin over there.
