Who would have thought there would be a thing like this? I mean I was literally blown away upon this discovery. In this next few lines, I’m going to show you how to perform this impossible feat.
Now pay attention, Did you see the word impossible? You did right? How do you expect to ever fry eggs without breaking it? It’s not possible, never has and never would be. You need to break it open.
Do you know what else is impossible?
Wanting to hide the pain you go through because you want to prove how strong and independent you are or display how self-made a person you have become. Pain demands to be felt not suppressed and there is nothing wrong in showing it.
It’s understandable that the natural instinct for most people is to avoid rather than face it. But avoiding it doesn’t solve the issue; it simply constitutes more troubles in the long run. Instead of running from it we should embrace it as it speaks a language that takes patience to understand. Feel it.
Rather than categorize pain(grief, loss, sadness, anxiety, stress, fear, or even depression) as a threat to our being, it is better to embrace it in all its forms. For most people, pain comes to provide wisdom and experience that lasts a lifetime.
Moreso, if we are able to embrace the pain the more deeply we will experience those emotions we truly need( love, joy, companionship, and peace. The truth is there are no bad and good emotions. To go through the pain of loss is to know love, to know joy is to know sadness, to experience companionship is to know isolation and to know peace is to go through turbulent times.
Trying to suppress pain really does one more harm than good because in trying to do that, we rob ourselves of the emotions we truly need such as happiness, peace, and love.
So don’t fight it with drinking, clubbing, porn, or some other activities. They don’t help overcome it but just create more issues for you. Embrace it and learn to become what you’re meant to be.
