This method is somehow confusing that you need to pay attention to be able to grab it.

On the Home screen, say “Hey Sir which song is this”. By Saying “Hey Siri” Siri on your iDevice will be activated, and the command “Which song is this” that follows makes Siri listen to and identify the song for you.
You can  also long press the Home button (Sleep/Wake button in iPhone X) to activate Siri instead of saying “Hey Siri” voice command.

This is an inbuilt app for all iOS devices and no third-party download link is available.
